Coleman Planetarium @ UNG: Seeing (Jan 24 - Feb 28 - NO Reservations)

The current public show is titled “Seeing.”

The show begins with a 26-minute full dome video that follows a photon of light from the heart of star, through space, and into the eye of a person on Earth.  This exciting journey highlights the amazing processes that allow us to see across the universe.  Narrated by Neil DeGrasse Tyson.

The show continues with a live presentation of the Winter 2020 evening sky and will include exciting recent discoveries in astronomy.

These shows are FREE to the public.  Our regular shows are every Friday night at 7:30 pm, doors open at 7 pm.  Winter hours end March 6, moving the show time back half an hour to 8 pm, doors open at 7:30 pm.  Reservations not accepted.  For more information see:
